With more than a decade of experience living and working around the world, Charlotte’s career has spanned professional nannying, au pair work, leadership, operations and executive support, as well as ten years in the international snowsports industry, where she received three international skiing awards.
These experiences shaped her reputation for professionalism, adaptability, discretion and exceptional client care, and continue to influence the way Bugs By Charlotte operates today.
Charlotte personally oversees every placement, taking the time to understand each family before matching them with a nanny who aligns not only in experience, but in personality, values and approach.
